Greg Herder is the director of California State University Fullerton’s Center for Real Estate. Greg is a successful entrepreneur. He joined the United States Marine Corps at 17, and while still on active duty, he began selling real estate. At 24, he founded his own real estate company.
Four years later, he cofounded Hobbs/Herder Advertising with two partners. As CEO for 29 years, Greg helped build the company to a $25,000,000-a-year business with 160 employees. He closed this company in 2015 to focus his time on giving back to the industry.
Greg is an active real estate broker focused on helping clients build wealth through real estate. Greg also runs the Quantum Growth School, an online training program designed to help new real estate agents get into production in 90 days.
Since 2006, Greg has been a part-time Professor at CSUF, teaching in both the Marketing and Finance departments. Greg loves teaching and is passionate about the value of education.
Early in his life, Greg was mentored by the great personal development speaker and author Jim Rohn. Being exposed to a philosophy of personal development changed the course of Greg’s life. Greg works to pass on Jim’s philosophy of personal development to everyone he encounters.
Greg graduated cum laude from California State University (CSUF) with a BA in psychology and earned his MBA from the University of California Irvine (UCI).
