Whether you’re a seasoned student with a variety of experiences under your belt or a first-timer just stepping into the rush of college life, leadership is a trait that stands out and defines your character. Here at the Center for Leadership, we can help you get that development and exposure that you seek.
That’s where Leadership Scholars comes in. As a sponsored initiative by the Giles-O'Malley Center for Leadership under the college that connects business students with chief executives from OC-based corporations, we provide countless opportunities for networking and leadership development through various programming—like our Executive Speaker Series, Executive Shadowing, Annual Awards Luncheon, and much more.
Network and learn from c-level executives in events designed to connect you to these leaders in the community. Meet our alumni as well, and hear about their experiences while carving your own path. Through interactions with them at our events, you gain a deeper insight into the business world and increase knowledge from those who have “made it”!
Explore opportunities to give back to the community through our volunteer programs to improve the lives of others and be eligible to receive scholarships for active participation. You can even take on a leadership role as a board member in our various committees to hone your skills, while translating classroom knowledge to the real world.
