Welcome to the Center for Entertainment and Hospitality Management

The Center for Entertainment and Hospitality Management links students to the entertainment media and hospitality industries. Center resources and events help prepare students in the College's Entertainment and Hospitality Management academic program for career opportunities in both industries.

EHM Academic Program

The Entertainment and Hospitality Management (EHM) undergraduate program explores the businesses of film, television, music, hotel, casino, and amusement parks. Business models, strategies, technology, law, accounting, finance, process and project management, and operations are offered in the context of companies creating entertainment experiences.

 

The following courses are required for the EHM concentration:

EHM Elective Approval Process: 

Electives must be approved by an EHM program advisor, Dr. Jennifer Chandler (email located in Faculty Directory). Approved Electives list (PDF document). Once you select an elective from the list, fill out this  electronic approval form  to be sent to the program advisor to sign and approve. 

If you do not receive a confirmation email for the elective approval process, please contact the Department of Management. 

The 2020-21 catalog lists all courses required for a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Entertainment and Hospitality Management.
