Ray Benedicktus holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from Florida State University.  He is the founding principal of Artemis Crane Research and Consulting, specializing in customer satisfaction and loyalty, custom research, and business planning.  Dr. Benedicktus has taught Marketing Research, Marketing Information Technology, Services Operations, and Small Business Management. His research has been reported in leading academic journals including the Journal of Retailing and Journal of Business Research, as well as the Journal of Interactive Advertising.  Ray has consulted with over 100 small businesses and enterprise organizations, and works closely with corporate clients of marketing and branding firms.  Dr. Benedicktus is the primary research resource for the Orange County American Marketing Association and has been invited as a speaker and trainer for several other organizations, including the American Advertising Federation and the Small Business Administration.  He is an active member of the Irvine Rotary Club, where he currently serves as the club’s Rotary International Foundation Chairman.
