The Center for Corporate Reporting & Governance 14th Annual SEC Conference will provide comprehensive updates and standard setters at the SEC, FASB and PCAOB. The conference also features expert panels on key legal and governance issues. Topics include audit committee challenges, executive compensation issues, shareholders activism, M&A activity and revenue recognition.

As part of this conference theme, the program features expert panels on legal and financial reporting trends for businesses to monitor in 2015 and beyond. Leading experts will also discuss financial reporting “hot topics” impacting your business from the perspectives of CFOs, controllers and auditors.

The conference is intended for audit committee members, CFOs, auditors, accountants, lawyers, academics, financial professionals and those involved in the financial reporting process.
