Mr. Yoost is a Member of the Board of Directors of Pacific Life Insurance Company, a Fortune 500 company and Californiaís largest life and annuities provider, Emulex Corporation (NYSE), a leading global source of advanced storage networking infrastructure solutions, and Union Bank, among the largest 20 banks in the U.S.

He founded and serves as the Executive Director of the Audit Committee Roundtable of Orange County. Mr. Yoost is also a Board Member of the National Association of Corporate Directors in Southern California, and an Advisory Board Member of Cal State Fullerton's Center for Corporate Reporting & Governance. Additionally, he is a Trustee of the University of California Irvine's Foundation and the Chairman of its Governance Committee, and the Chairman of the Executive Council of UCI's Joslin Diabetes Leadership Council.

Mr. Yoost retired as a Managing Partner in 2005 after 32 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, wherein he held numerous client service and Firm leadership positions. During this period, he lived and worked in Tokyo and Beijing for 14 years serving the needs of global clients and establishing and building the Firm's businesses. He was elected as a Director for four years to the 18-partner Global Oversight Board of PWC International Limited, the coordinating entity for the global network of firms. At his retirement, Mr. Yoost was the Firmís Managing Partner in Orange County and the Region Leader of its Advisory Services practice. He has been involved in virtually all areas of international trade and investment, and has served clients in a number of industries, including financial services, consumer products, technology, distribution, services, health services, and manufacturing. He recently served as a full-time Senior Advisor to PricewaterhouseCoopers in Tokyo for 18 months, assuming an executive role in the major restructuring of the Firmís Japanese operations.
