Randall Baumberger is President of the Studio Group of Paramount Pictures that manages various Paramount facilities and oversees the worldwide technical operations team. Before joining Paramount, Baumberger was President and COO of Ultimate Acquisition Partners, the parent company of national consumer electronics retailer Ultimate Electronics; and President of Game Crazy, the nation’s fastest growing video game retailer. Before joining Game Crazy, Baumberger was with The Walt Disney Company as Senior Vice President, Resort Operations and Sales in Anaheim. It was there that he directed all revenue generating areas, including sales and distribution marketing, international sales and marketing, The Walt Disney Travel Company, corporate alliances, merchandise and store operations, food and beverage, resort hotels, the Downtown Disney District, and the special events division. Baumberger started with Disney in the Regional Entertainment Division where he oversaw creative urban restaurant, retail and entertainment concepts such as ESPN Zone and DisneyQuest. He also spent seven years in general management executive positions with PepsiCo where he led corporate, franchise and license organizations including Taco Bell Express. He was also Senior Vice President with GES Exposition Services, the nation’s leader in convention, trade show, and events. Baumberger earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine; and a M.B.A from California State University, Fullerton. He has served on the Board of Governors for the Athletes and Entertainers for Kids (A.E.F.K.), the Executive Committee of the Orange County Convention and Visitors Bureau, and as a Director of Arts Orange County.
